Basically you want to dump all your points into whatever offensive ability you desire for example, based on your build: Ki blast 100, just because. Next your basic attack must be solid, and 50-60 is great to work with as Ki characters have a huge disadvantage to attack in clothing options.

Yeah you can blindly look at it as a 7/8 but with how weak the basic is it might as well be actually 6/8 or maybe a 5/8.
